A modernization loan is a special form of financing that is used to finance renovation or modernization measures on a property.

The bank uses modernization loans to finance value-enhancing measures:
Thermal insulation of walls, roof surfaces and floor ceilings
Renewal of windows and external doors
Renewal or installation of a ventilation system
Renewal or renovation of existing heating systems
Initial connection to local and district heating networks
Photovoltaic system and solar panels
Under certain conditions, the state supports the renovation of an old building, an energy-efficient redevelopment or even the age-appropriate conversion of a property.
